We’re Hiring: Registered Nurse – Operation Theatre (OT)
📍 Location: Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi

Join one of the region’s leading fertility center and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care within our Operation Theatre.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Registered Nurse – OT
– Prepare and maintain the operation theatre, ensuring all surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterile and ready for procedures.
– Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and the surgical team during IVF and OB-GYN procedures.
– Ensure strict adherence to infection control policies and aseptic techniques.
– Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments and documentation.
– Monitor patients during procedures and provide immediate nursing care as required.
– Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed.
– Perform surgical instrument counts before, during, and after procedures.
– Maintain accurate OT records in compliance with DOH and hospital standards.
– Ensure proper handling and maintenance of surgical equipment.
– Support continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

✅ Requirements:
– DOH Registered Nurse License – Mandatory
– BSc Nursing
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Operation Theatre nursing
– Experience in IVF or OB-GYN procedures is an advantage
– Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical protocols
– Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
– Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
