Job Title: Registered Nurse – Operating Theatre (OT)- Arabic Speaking

Location: Day Surgical Center

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Arabic-speaking Registered Nurse to join our Operating Theatre (OT) team at our Day Surgical Center. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
– Prepare the operating theatre, surgical instruments, and equipment.
– Assist surgeons and the multidisciplinary team during surgical procedures.
– Monitor patients’ condition and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
– Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
– Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
– Educate and support patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and recovery.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
– Valid Registered Nurse license (DHA, eligibility/license is an advantage).
– Minimum of 2 years of Operating Theatre (OT) experience, preferably in a Day Surgical Center.
– Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
– Current BLS certification; ACLS certification is an advantage.
– Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.
