Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Registered Nurse at Meer Psychiatry Clinic, located in Dubai. The Registered Nurse will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include patient assessments, administering medications, supporting therapeutic interventions, maintaining accurate medical records, and offering emotional support to patients and their families. The role also involves ensuring adherence to Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and promoting a safe and compassionate environment for mental health care.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and basic emergency care.
- Experience in mental health nursing, including understanding of psychiatric disorders and therapeutic interventions.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and compliance with DHA regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Relevant nursing qualifications and a valid DHA license or eligibility.
- Previous experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting is highly desirable.
