Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DHA-Licensed Nurse located in Dubai, UAE. The position involves providing professional nursing care to patients in their homes, adhering to the highest clinical standards. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health, administering medications, coordinating care plans with other healthcare professionals, and offering emotional support to patients and families. Collaboration with other care providers and documentation of care activities are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications

• Possession of a valid DHA license to practice in Dubai
• Proficiency in providing skilled nursing care, including IV therapy, postoperative support, and chronic disease management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient needs
• Attention to detail for accurate patient monitoring, reports, and records
• Commitment to maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor at all times
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Previous experience in home healthcare or related fields is preferred
