We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse – Emergency to join our dynamic and fast‑paced Emergency team. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in alignment with DOH/DHA regulations and organizational standards. You will play a critical role in assessing, stabilizing, and managing patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care, including assessment, triage, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
  • Provide timely and safe interventions in accordance with evidence‑based emergency care guidelines and clinical pathways.
  • Administer medications and manage emergency equipment efficiently to ensure patient safety.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, ensuring prompt escalation of critical cases.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation following organizational policies.
  • Support patient and family education regarding treatment, discharge instructions, and preventive health measures.
  • Contribute to a positive, safe environment by adhering to quality, safety, and infection‑control standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Valid DOH/DHA/MOH license or DOH eligibility.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Department.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS is an advantage.
  • Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills under pressure.
