Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist clients upon their arrival at the clinic
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the clinic’s calendar
- Provide clients with information regarding clinic services and procedures in both Arabic and English
- Assist with the client check-in process, including the completion of necessary forms
- Keep the reception area and waiting rooms clean, organized, and inviting
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments, as well as assist with insurance verifications
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Address client inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in a clinic or healthcare setting
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service abilities with a positive attitude
- Experience with appointment scheduling and clinic management systems
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient in using office software and tools
