Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist clients upon their arrival at the clinic
  • Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the clinic’s calendar
  • Provide clients with information regarding clinic services and procedures in both Arabic and English
  • Assist with the client check-in process, including the completion of necessary forms
  • Keep the reception area and waiting rooms clean, organized, and inviting
  • Handle billing inquiries and process payments, as well as assist with insurance verifications
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth patient experience
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally and efficiently

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist in a clinic or healthcare setting
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service abilities with a positive attitude
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and clinic management systems
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficient in using office software and tools
