Job Title: QA/QC Assistant – Healthcare

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for two detail-oriented and motivated QA/QC Assistants to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will support the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and internal policies. Candidates with a science or healthcare background and basic experience in quality processes are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) systems within the healthcare facility.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation, reports, and records.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
• Assist in internal audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation related to training, incident reporting, and quality indicators.
• Support the QA/QC team in continuous quality improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Nursing, Life Sciences, or any science-related field, or AYUSH background.
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in healthcare is preferred.
• Home country experience is acceptable.
• 2-3 years of experience
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare quality standards and compliance is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
