Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain compliance with DHA, JCI, and other regulatory standards.
- Coordinate accreditation readiness activities, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Monitor and support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across the organization.
- Assist in the development, review, and management of policies, procedures, and clinical governance documentation.
- Analyze quality indicators, KPIs, and performance metrics, and support reporting activities.
- Facilitate data collection, performance monitoring, and improvement projects.
- Deliver quality and patient safety training, education, and awareness sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety.
- Maintain accurate records related to quality assurance, audits, accreditation, and governance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Allied Health, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare quality, accreditation, clinical governance, patient safety, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of DHA, JCI, quality improvement methodologies, risk management, and healthcare regulations.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ or equivalent) is an advantage.
