🚨 We’re Hiring: Purchase Assistant 📍 Aman Hospital
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant to join our team and support our procurement operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and processing requests
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and deliveries
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Monitor inventory and follow up on pending orders
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies
🔹 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (ERP knowledge is a plus)
