🚨 We’re Hiring: Purchase Assistant 📍 Aman Hospital

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant to join our team and support our procurement operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and processing requests
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and deliveries
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation
  • Monitor inventory and follow up on pending orders
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies

🔹 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (ERP knowledge is a plus)
