Role Description
- Assesses, diagnoses, and treats individuals who are experiencing mental health problems.
- Deals with a variety of psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and emotional developmental disorders.
- Utilizes therapeutic techniques such as modern therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and group therapy to help improve the mental health and psychological well-being of patients.
- Assessing the mental condition of patients and diagnosing mental disorders.
- Implementing psychological therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, modern therapy, and group therapy.
- Guiding patients and providing advice on treatment and psychological recovery.
- Collaborating with other healthcare team members and referring to other specialists as needed.
Tasks and Job Responsibilities:
- Assessing patients and diagnosing mental disorders and determining treatment needs.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment programs for patients based on their individual needs.
- Providing psychological support and active listening to patients to help improve their mental state.
- Educating patients and families about mental disorders and advising them on how to cope with them.
- Referring patients to other available resources such as social support and other medical services.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- master’s degree in clinical psychology .
- A recognized license as clinical psychologist
- Previous experience in providing psychological therapy and dealing with a variety of mental disorders.
- previous experience 5 years in addiction field .
- (CBT) Certificate

- Strong communication and mental health knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to analyze and conduct psychological assessments to determine individual treatment needs.
