Description

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to support individuals in improving their mental health, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat a range of psychological conditions while delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a professional and ethical manner.
Assessment and Diagnosis
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using interviews, questionnaires, and standardized testing tools
Evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning
Diagnose mental health and psychological disorders in accordance with professional standards
Therapy and Treatment
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
Provide therapy using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required
Research and Evaluation
Conduct research to contribute to the advancement of psychological knowledge
Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions
Apply evidence-based practices in clinical work
Consultation and Collaboration
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and organizational teams
Provide psychological consultation and guidance to support mental health strategies in various settings
Supervision and Training
Supervise interns, trainees, or junior psychologists where applicable
Provide clinical guidance and contribute to training and educational initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling preferred)
• Professional license or eligibility for licensure in the UAE (e.g., DOH / MOH / DHA)
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and ethical practice skills
• Emirati nationality (Family Book required)
