We are looking for an experienced Home Healthcare Project Manager / Program Administrator with strong UAE healthcare experience to lead and coordinate the implementation of this new service from readiness through go-live and beyond. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role working with all teams.

🔹 IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for someone who has:
✅ Proven experience in Home Healthcare / Home Nursing / Home Care Services in the UAE
✅ Experience managing healthcare projects, programs or service launches
✅ Strong understanding of UAE healthcare operations and regulatory requirements
✅ Experience working with hospitals, clinics or healthcare groups
✅ Strong knowledge of clinical and operational workflows
✅ Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders
✅ Strong documentation, project tracking and reporting skills
✅ Excellent communication and follow-up capabilities
✅ Ability to work under tight timelines and drive teams toward deadlines
✅ Strong understanding of patient safety, clinical governance and healthcare quality requirements
Experience with MOHAP-regulated healthcare facilities will be highly advantageous.
