Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Therapist at MantraCare. The Therapist will provide virtual counseling and therapeutic support to clients across diverse mental health and wellness needs, using secure digital platforms. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, documenting sessions accurately, and collaborating with the AI-supported care team to ensure continuity of care. The role also involves coordinating with other clinicians and coaches, participating in case reviews, and contributing feedback to improve AI workflows and client experience. Flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care are essential.
Qualifications
- Clinical skills: ability to conduct mental health assessments, formulate diagnoses where appropriate, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, solution-focused approaches).
- Communication and interpersonal skills: strong active listening, clear written and verbal communication, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build rapport in virtual settings.
- Digital practice skills: comfort with telehealth platforms, electronic documentation, and collaborating within an AI-supported, technology-driven care model.
- Professional standards: strong ethical judgment, commitment to confidentiality, adherence to regulatory and licensing requirements, and consistent professional boundaries.
- Licensure and education: relevant clinical license or certification (e.g., psychologist, counselor, social worker, therapist) and an appropriate degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field; eligibility to provide care in assigned regions.
- Additional qualifications: experience with diverse populations, familiarity with workplace mental health or chronic care programs, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and openness to continuous learning and supervision.
