Job Description

  • Complete employee files upon hiring and ensure that all required employment documents are fully submitted.
  • Create and maintain databases containing all employee information, with regular updates.
  • Record daily data related to leaves, assignments, and permissions for employees, and compile them with all variables at the end of each month for payroll processing.
  • Participate in completing required social insurance procedures with the insurance office, and coordinate with the medical insurance provider to submit, receive documents, and finalize necessary procedures.
  • Follow up with the contracted medical provider regarding employees’ treatment approvals, inform employees of any updates or changes related to health insurance, and assist in resolving employees’ complaints.
  • Record and maintain documents related to terminated employees in dedicated files.
  • Continuously update the employee database (new hires, terminated employees, employee locations, chronic disease records, and employees exempted from certain company-paid benefits).
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s leave and permission system, including monthly limits allowed for each employee when recording leaves and permissions.
  • Participate in reviewing monthly payroll for employees.
  • Collect and review employee payroll variables in coordination with the attendance officer within the specified timeframe to ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Maintain records of training, hiring, disciplinary actions, deductions, and leaves in each employee’s file.
  • Educate employees on the company’s leave policy, including allowed leave limits and their leave balances, so each employee understands their rights and obligations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
