As an Optometrist and Optical Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers and clients. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about optics, has excellent interpersonal skills, and possesses a strong understanding of optical products and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their unique optical needs and requirements.
  • Conduct eye exams using optometric equipment and general diagnostic interpretation.
  • Diagnose and refer in cases of severe ocular diseases.
  • Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids.
  • Recommend appropriate customer follow-up and care options.

  • questions and provide advice to regarding vision and optical issues.
  • Direct staff and assist in the development of the overall practice.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and products to provide cutting-edge solutions.
  • Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct thorough measurements and fittings to ensure precise and comfortable eyewear selection.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and concisely.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the eyewear display area.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry (Mandatory)

DHA License (Passed – Mandatory)

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in eyewear and optics sales (Mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory)
  • In-depth knowledge of optical products, lens technologies, and industry standards
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with customers
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to optical field advancements
  • General computer proficiency
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering top-notch service
