Job Description
- Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers and scanning manual medical records.
Responsibilities
- Collects medical records.
- Arranges medical records systematically.
- Scans manual medical records to be uploaded into the electronic medical records.
- Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
- Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Other duty assigned by the Head of the Department
Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate or its equivalent.
- The ability to understand what the customer wants.
- The ability to cope with the pressure of fast-paced work.
- Fluent spoken and written English. Spoken Arabic is advantageous but not essential.
