We are committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care and are looking for a passionate, creative, and solution-oriented Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.

Position: Pediatric Occupational Therapist

About the Role:

As part of our mission to expand access to exceptional occupational therapy services within the community, the ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, compassion, and a collaborative mindset. This role will focus on pediatric therapy using a holistic and transdisciplinary approach.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• DHA eligibility/license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a pediatric occupational therapist
• Postgraduate qualifications in Sensory Integration are advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on sound clinical reasoning
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to clients and their families
• Provide regular progress updates to families
• Participate in department meetings and planning
• Collaborate with other team members for a transdisciplinary approach to care

• Ability to work independently while being open to collaboration and team growth
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
