Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Nurse Head. The Nurse Head will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Duties include coordinating veterinary procedures, maintaining medical records, administering medications, and providing support during surgeries. Additionally, the Nurse Head will train and mentor junior staff, implement best practices, and contribute to the overall well-being of the clinic.
Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing nursing staff and managing medical operations
• Skills in administering medications, assisting with surgeries, and maintaining medical records
• Ability to train, mentor, and support veterinary nursing staff
• Knowledge of advanced diagnostic services like digital X-ray, ultrasound, blood analysis, and veterinary PCR
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is required
• Relevant veterinary nursing qualification or certification
