Qualifications:
•Bachelor Degree holder.
•At least 2 years’ experience preferably in a hospital setting.
•Familiar with medical terminologies, insurance benefits and policies.
•Strong customer service and administrative skills.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Fluent in English is required.
•Computer literate.
