– Typist/Transcriptionist
Preferences:
Hospital experience in UAE

• Candidates are expected to have prior hospital experience in transcribing dictated or handwritten procedure reports, medical reports, and discharge summaries.
• Pre-register patients for scheduled admissions and outpatient procedures, ensuring all required information is accurately captured.
• Have knowledge of mandatory notification requirements to health authorities, including infectious diseases, deaths, births, injuries, neoplasms, neonatal screening, and other reportable conditions.
• Obtain and process insurance authorizations in a timely manner.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to scheduled services.
• Coordinate with patients, insurance providers, and relevant departments to ensure a smooth admission and registration process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and insurance records in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
