Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Companies:

  • Communicate with all insurance companies in the assigned region.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Visit insurance subsidiaries to promote hospital services and increase patient referrals.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of insurance companies’ performance.
  • Report market trends and competitor activities.
  • Marketing Activities: Develop and distribute informational materials and presentations showcasing hospital services tailored to the needs of insurance companies.

Direct Contracts:

  • Increase patient flow from inactive corporate accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities with uncontracted corporate clients.
  • Monitor performance and contract success monthly.
  • Marketing Activities: Create targeted marketing campaigns aimed at corporate clients, utilizing email, social media, and print advertising to increase awareness of available services and benefits.

Referrals:

  • Target key referring parties to boost patient admissions:
  • Doctors in private clinics.
  • Doctors in polyclinics.
  • Doctors in other hospitals.
  • Doctors or optometrists in optical shops.
  • Visit referring partners regularly to maintain strong relationships.
  • Forecast patient flow and create visit plans.
  • Report performance monthly.
  • Marketing Activities: Organize educational workshops or seminars for referring doctors to highlight new services and best practices, enhancing physician engagement.

Charity Organizations:

  • Identify and engage with charity organizations to facilitate patient referrals.
  • Marketing Activities: Develop partnerships with charity organizations by co-hosting health initiatives or community events, emphasizing the hospital’s commitment to community health and wellness.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Medical background (Doctor or Pharmacist).
  • Experience: At least 2 years experience as a Medical Representative in hospital services or healthcare-related sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes, corporate contracts, and referral networks.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Valid driver’s license.
