As we continue to grow, Scintillia Skincare is seeking a professional and welcoming Clinical Receptionist to join our expanding team. If you are passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and experienced in a fast-paced clinical environment, we would love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic
• Strong preference for candidates familiar with the Unite EMR system
• English & Arabic speaking preferred
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to manage bookings, patient flow, and daily schedules
• Professional appearance and a warm, approachable attitude
• Ability to multitask and support both front-of-house and clinical teams
• Basic understanding of skincare and aesthetic treatments is a plus
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to track and monitor clinic inventory
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming patients and ensuring a smooth front-desk experience
• Managing appointments, confirmations, and schedule adjustments
• Coordinating with Doctors and therapists to maintain efficient clinic operations
• Handling payments, billing, and patient documentation
• Maintaining confidentiality and complying with clinic protocols
• Supporting patient enquiries and guiding them through procedures and processes
• Monitoring stock levels, updating inventory records, and coordinating with suppliers
