Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology / Medical Laboratory Science
• Valid DHA/DOH/MOHAP eligibility or license, as applicable
• Relevant experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and safety standards
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience with accreditation standards such as JCI is an advantage
