Roles and Responsibilities

• Customer related roles
• Identifying and interpreting customer requirements and aligning these requirements with Sysmex extensive portfolio of instruments and products.
• Complete workflow support, product demonstrations, application consulting, workshops, on-site training and support, and support with technical queries.
• Building customer trust and relationships by driving customer satisfaction and increasing Sysmex competitive advantage. Assist in the development and maintenance of reference customers.
• Supporting distribution partners in other SMEA countries as needed.
• Customer retention
• Products related roles
• Keep product knowledge up to date with Sysmex products related to his business field and competitors’ products.
• Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market.
• Ability to build customer landscape (Sysmex + non Sysmex customers )
• Effective weekly/monthly planning of field-based activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related healthcare field.
• Previous experience in laboratory diagnostics, preferably in Haematology and/or Haemostasis.
• Good knowledge of Sysmex systems, workflows and application support processes.
• Experience in customer training, instrument implementation and validation support.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support across the assigned region
