We’re Hiring: Medical Laboratory Technologist – Andrology (Male Infertility)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Medical Laboratory Technologist – Andrology
– Perform routine and advanced semen analysis in accordance with laboratory standards
– Conduct DNA fragmentation testing
– Assess sperm morphology and motility
– Handle andrology laboratory procedures with precision and accuracy
– Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and quality control protocols
– Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records
– Coordinate laboratory activities and support workflow efficiency
– Follow strict infection control and laboratory safety standards
– Support continuous quality improvement initiatives

✅ Requirements:
– DOH Abu Dhabi License – Mandatory
– Proven experience in andrology cases
– Prior hands-on experience performing semen analysis
– Strong knowledge of:
DNA Fragmentation techniques
Sperm morphology assessment
Motility evaluation
– Excellent attention to details and laboratory coordination skills
– Ability to work efficiently in a specialized fertility laboratory setting
