🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Medical Laboratory Technologist – Andrology

• Perform routine and advanced semen analysis in accordance with laboratory standards
• Conduct DNA fragmentation testing
• Assess sperm morphology and motility
• Handle andrology laboratory procedures with precision and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and quality control protocols
• Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records
• Coordinate laboratory activities and support workflow efficiency
• Follow strict infection control and laboratory safety standards
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives

✅ Requirements:

• DOH Abu Dhabi License – Mandatory
• Proven experience in andrology cases
• Prior hands-on experience performing semen analysis
• Strong knowledge of:
  DNA Fragmentation techniques
  Sperm morphology assessment
  Motility evaluation
• Excellent attention to detail and laboratory coordination skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a specialized fertility laboratory setting
