Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Doctor based in Dubai.

The successful candidate will provide high-level medical consultations and ongoing patient care while collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions

• Delivering evidence-informed, patient-centered care

• Contributing to preventative health, rehabilitation, and wellness programs

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with UAE regulations

• Supporting integrated treatment strategies alongside physiotherapists and allied health professionals

• Acting as a trusted medical advisor to a discerning and health-conscious patient population

Qualifications & Experience

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid DHA license (or eligibility)

• Demonstrated clinical expertise in diagnosis, patient care, and treatment planning

• Strong understanding of medical ethics, compliance, and healthcare standards in the UAE

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary clinical environment

Highly Valued Experience:

• Background or clinical exposure in Functional Medicine, Family Medicine, Longevity Medicine, Preventative Health, or Integrative Care

• Experience working within a multidisciplinary or wellness-focused clinical setting

• Familiarity with data-driven health optimization and personalized care models

Dubai Market Experience:

Candidates are expected to have prior clinical experience in Dubai (or the UAE), with an established professional network and an existing patient base. A strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape and patient expectations is essential.
