Job Description
Gaelan Medical Care is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help with planning and carrying out marketing activities. This role will support promoting our hospital services, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with patients, doctors, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Help plan and run marketing campaigns
- Support with communication inside and outside the hospital
- Update the hospital’s website and social media accounts
- Help organize hospital events, health awareness days, and CSR activities
- Work with suppliers, media, and printers
- Monitor and report on how campaigns are doing
- Make sure all materials follow hospital branding and rules
- Collect stories and updates from hospital departments to share
- Keep marketing files, photos, and reports organized
- Assist with department tasks like budgeting and scheduling
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field
Experience:
- At least 2 years of marketing experience (healthcare or hospital experience is a plus)
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in digital tools and marketing platforms
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational abilities
