Job Title: Laboratory Specialist

Job Description:
The Laboratory Specialist is responsible for performing specialized laboratory tests and procedures to support accurate diagnosis and patient care. The role ensures proper operation of laboratory equipment, adherence to quality standards, and the delivery of reliable and timely test results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret specialized medical laboratory tests and procedures. • Operate, maintain, and monitor laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results in accordance with quality standards.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of laboratory activities and test records.
• Support quality control and quality assurance activities within the laboratory.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow and patient service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Saudi national required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
