Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Specialist role located in Riyadh. The Laboratory Specialist will be responsible for operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, performing diagnostic tests, conducting quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with laboratory standards. Daily responsibilities include analyzing samples, preparing reports, and collaborating with medical and technical staff to ensure accurate and timely test results.

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various laboratory equipment
• Strong laboratory skills, including sample preparation and handling
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting laboratory data accurately
• Experience with quality control protocols and regulatory compliance within a laboratory setting
• Background in laboratory medicine or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Science or a related discipline; relevant certifications are an advantage
