About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Lab Technologist to join our medical laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with international quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
– Analyze and interpret test results with precision and accuracy.
– Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
– Ensure adherence to laboratory quality control and assurance procedures.
– Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and results.
– Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide timely diagnostic support.
– Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines at all times.
– Participate in continuous training and development programs to stay updated with laboratory advancements.


Qualifications & Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
– Valid MOH/DHA license or eligibility is mandatory.
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting.
– Strong technical knowledge of laboratory equipment, procedures, and standards.
– Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
