Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Representative based in Cairo, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include providing tailored insurance solutions, identifying client needs, and selling life, health, and accident insurance plans. The individual will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, deliver excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets through effective communication and personalized recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales, Sales, and Insurance Brokerage
- Strong Customer Service experience and ability to tailor solutions to client needs
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and its products, including life insurance, health insurance, and accident coverage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
