About Us Established in 1986, Lemon Pharmacy is a leading and expanding healthcare retail chain in Saudi Arabia.

The Role

Oversee the full medical insurance cycle, including payer relations, approvals, claims, and reconciliation. You will manage rejection analysis, compliance, and collection follow-ups while collaborating with internal and external healthcare stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in medical insurance operations and claims management.
• Deep understanding of the full insurance cycle within the healthcare or pharmacy sectors.
• Proven ability to manage rejection analysis, approvals, and reconciliation.
• Experience working directly with insurance companies, TPAs, and healthcare providers.
• Strong analytical, compliance, and problem-solving skills.
