Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to support and manage key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational capabilities with sound knowledge of local HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave, and attendance.
  • Process HR transactions through Qiwa, Mudad, and GOSI.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Address employee inquiries and employee relations matters.
  • Draft HR letters, contracts, and policy documents.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Society for Human Resource Management-CP or similar are an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR systems.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Healthcare sector experience is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Saudi HR regulations and government platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
