Human Resources Recruiting Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Assist with onboarding and documentation of new hires
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and HR systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor laws is a plus
