We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee under the Tamheer Program to join our team in a leading hospital in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within a dynamic healthcare environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
  • Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases
  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
  • Coordinate with different departments on HR-related matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Eligible for Tamheer Program (registered in Taqat)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
