We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee under the Tamheer Program to join our team in a leading hospital in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within a dynamic healthcare environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain and update HR records and databases
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
- Coordinate with different departments on HR-related matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Eligible for Tamheer Program (registered in Taqat)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in Arabic and English
