Job Title: HR Officer (UAEN)

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Summary:

The HR Officer supports the day-to-day delivery of HR operations and employee services across the organization. The role assists in recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, HR administration, and employee engagement activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and employment-related documents.
  • Ensure employee information is accurately maintained within HR systems.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
  • Support job posting, screening, and recruitment administration activities.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and new joiner documentation.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Employee Support & Engagement

  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Assist in maintaining employee communication and awareness programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
