What You’ll Do:
Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and onboard top-tier medical and administrative talent.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving conflicts and championing a positive workplace culture.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with healthcare labor laws, licensing requirements, and hospital regulations.
Performance & Growth: Design and implement performance appraisal systems and training initiatives.
Retention Strategy: Develop competitive compensation and wellness programs to keep our staff engaged and motivated.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM/HRCI certification is a huge plus!).
- 3+ years of HR management experience, ideally within the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Deep understanding of labor laws and healthcare-specific staffing challenges (shift rotations, burnout management).
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills.
