We are seeking a dynamic Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) to support the implementation of the Human Capital (HC) strategy and initiatives in alignment with the organization’s business goals, stakeholder requirements, and evolving talent needs. This role serves as a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders, providing advisory support on all HC-related matters including policies and processes, culture, wellness, and legal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Implement HC strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory standards; partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the main advisor on HC matters, managing employee relations with fairness and ensuring full compliance with UAE Labor Law and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Lead performance management, development planning, and talent reviews; support succession planning and capability-building initiatives with Learning & Talent Development.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards on salary reviews, promotions, and policy execution; oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding; coach junior HC team members to build capability.
- Use HC analytics to provide workforce insights; support engagement, retention, diversity, and Emiratization initiatives; promote person-centered care and a culture of excellence and learning.
Qualifications
- Possesses 7+ years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership, or 5+ years developed through structured internal succession planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; Master’s/CIPD/SHRM a plus.
- 7 years of progressive HR/HC experience with strong business partnering exposure; healthcare sector experience in the UAE preferred.
- Proven strength in employee relations, coaching managers, and navigating UAE labor law & healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Proficient with HR analytics (dashboards, reporting) to drive data‑based recommendations and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; confident influencing at multiple levels.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
