Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

• Assist in managing procedures for monitoring employee attendance and leave types, ensuring compliance with sick and emergency leave policies, and maintaining accurate employee records.

• Assist in implementing procedures for promotions, secondments, and end of service while recording employee signatures as required.

• Address employee complaints, observations, requests, and inquiries professionally and effectively, raising problems, if any, to the department director.

• Update information related to employees and provide it to the employee services team by recording and documenting all information about the entity’s employees, such as promotions, training courses, and matters related to salaries and benefits.

• Prepare specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations, present appropriate recommendations and solutions, present them, clarify them, and store them in their database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.

• Assist in monitoring and coordinating facility city-wide the preparation, maintenance, and updating of job descriptions and job salaries within the Hospital.

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and utilizing the Human Resources System.

• Assist managers in clarifying and improving job design, career ladders, generic functions, position qualifications, and other aspects of organizational structures.

• Assist department heads with the development of their organization and staffing level.

• Assist in reviewing position qualifications and licensure requirements for compliance with the Kingdom and MOH guidelines.

• Assist in analyzing positions relative to internal and external factors to ensure proper placement in the grade structure.

• Assist in reviewing salaries, grades, salary tables, and other benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

Education Requirements:

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience Requirements:

Three (3) years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a dialysis or hospital setting.

One (1) year of experience with a Master’s Degree, preferably in a dialysis or hospital setting.

Other Requirements:

Certified Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is an advantage.

Certified Professional in Human Resources – International (CPHRI) is an advantage.

Proficient in the MenaMe HR System is an advantage.
