Summary of Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding team in sending welcome emails/messages to expatriate new hires, including meeting, greeting, and related joining information.
- Assist in ensuring new employees receive important orientation information, including policies, procedures, employee relations manual, and government labor law.
- Help audit data and set up employee profiles in Human Capital Systems.
- Support the coordination, preparation, and distribution of employee documentation.
- Follow up with new employees to ensure completion of required paperwork on time.
- Assist in introducing new employees to the Hospital’s mission, vision, values, and roles.
- Support follow-up activities after orientation to ensure new employees settle comfortably into their new work environment.
- Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as assigned.
- Follow all Hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in training, learning, and development activities.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
