WE ARE HIRING – HR SPECIALIST
Join Our Medical Center Team!

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR SPECIALIST to join our growing medical center.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Plan and conduct internal HR audits and support external regulatory audits.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and staff development.
Support management with strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the healthcare or medical sector.
Strong experience in recruitment and HR audits.
Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
