JOB PURPOSE
- Deliver a range of holistic services and therapies to assist guests achieve optimal health and wellness balance in life – body, mind, spirit, and emotions.
- Ensure the treatment rooms have enough stock of linen, are neatly set-up, equipment is available and in good working condition.
- Ambassador of the company’s wellness and sustainability culture, promote its awareness amongst team members by leading by example.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare for each appointment, review the guest’s data and anticipate appropriate therapy plan.
- Set-up the treatment room, ensure enough stock of products is available and equipment in good working conditions.
- Welcome and greet guests, discuss and confirm their needs to ensure full understanding of guests’ expectations.
- Listen to the guests and assess treatment fitting needs or health concerns.
- Ensure a clear understanding of the medical conditions and contraindications before proceeding.
- Provide guests with information on the treatments and services, suggest appropriate treatments.
- Deliver holistic treatments and techniques, such as holistic massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, reiki, crystal healing, energy balancing, craniosacral therapy etc.
- Confirm that guests feel comfortable with the treatment administered.
- Educate guests on healthy and balanced lifestyle changes and self-care measures.
- Update H&W advisors on the guests’ progress and satisfaction level or any other information that may require follow up.
- Clean-up the treatment rooms after each treatment to ensure they are ready to receive a new guest.
- Ensure guests’ folios are updated after each session.
- Report any guest feedback to management.
- Continuously challenge the operations and procedures and provide suggestions for improvement to the Holistic Health Manager.
- Follow through the daily check lists and have a clear understanding of own tasks.
- Handle guests’ queries or complaints in a prompt, professional manner and report to management.
- Adhere to hygiene standards, health & safety regulations.
- When not booked with guests, be present in the H&W areas or in restaurants to assist operations team with guests relations and care
- Support the operations and help when needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- International Certification in Holistic Healing, Holistic Therapies, or equivalent
- Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
Work Experience:
- Previous experience in similar role, ideally in a health & wellness resort
- Experience in assessing and evaluating guests’ overall health and wellness and performing holistic treatments in line with their needs
Knowledge:
- Holistic treatments and healing practices for body, mind and spirit
- Energy work, Watsu, Crystal Healing, Cranio Sacral, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Chi Nei Tsang, Ayurveda and other Holistic therapies
