Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by developing corporate accounts, building strategic partnerships, and promoting healthcare services to individuals, companies, and insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
  • Promote healthcare services and packages.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within approved limits.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical services, or insurance is highly preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant sales experience.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
