Aston Pharmacy LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Purchase to lead our procurement team and ensure seamless operations across our fast-growing healthcare business.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate competitive pricing.
Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely supply of products.
Analyze market trends and forecast future needs.

Requirements:
Proven 5 + years of experience in a senior purchasing or procurement role (preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation, planning, and analytical abilities
Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in pharma purchasing
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (M Pharma)
