Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.
 - Place purchase orders based on stock levels, consumption trends, and upcoming operational needs.
 - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store teams for reordering.
 - Ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods; follow up with suppliers for backorders or delays.
 - Inspect delivered items for quality and quantity.
 - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.
 - Handles proper invoicing and posting in the system.
 - Entering order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into ERP software.
 - Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as and when needed.
 - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
 - Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and new products.
 
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing & accounts experience
 - Relevant background in healthcare industry is REQUIRED
 - Proficiency in MS Office, Tally and purchasing/inventory software
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
