We’re Hiring: Head Nurse – Orchid IVF and Fertility Services Dubai, UAE

Are you an experienced and passionate nursing professional ready to lead a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art fertility clinic?
We are seeking a Head Nurse to join our IVF center in Dubai, where compassion meets innovation in reproductive healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
> Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
> Oversee all nursing operations related to IVF and fertility treatments.
> Ensure compliance with DHA and quality standards.
> Collaborate with physicians, embryologists, and admin teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
> Support training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
✅ DHA license or eligibility.
✅ Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
✅ Prior experience in IVF, women’s health, or fertility centers as Incharge/ Head Nurse in UAE preferred.
✅ Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
