About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Hair Transplant Technician to join our client’s growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in hair transplant procedures and be confident supporting the medical team throughout the complete transplant process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the medical team throughout hair transplant procedures, including preparation, extraction, graft handling, implantation support, and post-procedure care
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and materials required for procedures
• Handle, sort, count, and preserve hair grafts carefully according to established clinical protocols
• Support the physician during different stages of hair restoration procedures while maintaining patient safety and comfort
• Follow strict infection control, sterilization, hygiene, and patient safety protocols
• Provide appropriate patient preparation and post-procedure guidance in coordination with the treating physician
• Maintain accurate procedure-related documentation and ensure treatment areas are properly organized
  

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in hair transplant procedures is required
• Strong knowledge of hair transplantation techniques, graft handling, and procedural support
• Eyebrow transplant experience is an advantage
• Good understanding of infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety standards
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently during lengthy procedures
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
• Available for full-time employment in Dubai
