Insight Medical Supplies Co. is glad to announce the availability of vacancies in Sales & Service departments as we are expanding both teams in Cairo & Upper Egypt offices.

Insight Medical Supplies Co. is founded in June 2020 by Biomedical Engineers with experience of more than 20 years in the Marketing and Sales of Medical Equipment and Consumables over the Middle East with reputable Multi-Regional Distributors responsible for distributing reputable Suppliers products in various specializations as ENT, Ophthalmology & Optical Equipment.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo and Upper-Egypt for a Sales Executives and Field Service Engineers.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting product offerings, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks also include market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client needs are met effectively.

The Field Service Engineer role involves conducting equipment installations, troubleshooting, providing technical support, and performing preventive maintenance on medical devices. The Field Services Engineer will also ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and providing prompt and reliable service.

• Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Field Service operations and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support capabilities
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Market Research, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills
• Time Management, Organization, and Goal-Oriented Work Ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in on-site environments
• Bachelor’s degree in: Biomedical or Electric Engineering, Pharmacy, Science or Veterinary.
• Fresh Graduate or up to 3 years of Experience
• Owning a Car is an advantage for both positions
