Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with a combination of on-site visits to healthcare facilities and some work-from-home activities. The role involves promoting and selling iCare Medical Tech.’s portfolio of eye-health products to ophthalmologists, hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, building and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals, following up on leads, and negotiating sales agreements in line with company policies. The representative will monitor market trends, provide product training and support, handle customer inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also requires accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasting, and collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Strong Medical Sales skills, with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a healthcare or medical devices environment.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, present complex information clearly, and respond effectively to client needs.
  • Foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field, enabling effective understanding and explanation of ophthalmic products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with ophthalmology or medical devices is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and frequent field visits within Cairo and surrounding areas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Professional fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
