Role Description The Product Manager CNS and Pediatric role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for managing CNS and pediatric product portfolios, including developing and executing marketing plans, monitoring product performance, and identifying growth opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, competitor assessment, coordination with sales teams, and preparation of promotional materials and product training content. The Product Manager collaborates with medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure compliant, timely, and effective product launches and ongoing lifecycle management. The role also involves regular interaction with healthcare professionals, participation in conferences or events, and reporting on KPIs and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Strong product management and marketing skills, including portfolio planning, brand positioning, and campaign execution for pharmaceutical products.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to assess CNS and pediatric therapeutic areas, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision making.
  • Ability to create and manage medical and promotional content, with clear communication tailored to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities, working effectively with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or science , vet and advanced degree or formal marketing/business training is an advantage.
  • Experience in CNS and/or pediatric product management or pharmaceutical marketing is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
